IMPRESSION:
PA and lateral chest compared to  and read in
 conjunction with prior chest CT imaging since .
 
 The patient has had left lower lobectomy and posterior chest wall
 reconstruction.  There has been no interval change since  in the large
 fluid collection contained by the left chest wall graft.  Right lung is clear.
 The extent of leftward mediastinal shift is probably unchanged due to slight
 differences in patient positioning and the left hemidiaphragm remains
 elevated.  Heart is moderately enlarged.  No pneumonia or pulmonary edema.
