FINDINGS:
On the current radiograph, the endotracheal tube is no longer seen.
 The right internal jugular vein catheter has been removed.  There is a
 decrease in lung volumes and an increase in areas of atelectasis at the lung
 bases.  In addition, mild pulmonary edema is likely to be present.  Size of
 the cardiac silhouette continues to be enlarged, there is no evidence of
 pleural effusions or pneumonia.
