FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained.  There is no
 focal consolidation or pneumothorax.  Loculated fluid in the right major
 fissure is similar to . There is no left pleural effusion. Calcific
 density projecting over the right paratracheal region may represent a
 calcified lymph node, unchanged.  A calcified granuloma in the right lower
 lung is also unchanged.  There is no new opacity. Moderate cardiomegaly,
 aortic tortuosity and aortic knob calcifications are unchanged. Degenerative
 change is seen in the shoulder girdles bilaterally.
