FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.
 
 New since prior exam is a rounded opacity in the right upper long concerning
 for pneumonia. The left lung is clear. No effusion or pneumothorax is seen.
 The cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal. Imaged osseous structures are
 intact.  No free air below the right hemidiaphragm is seen.

IMPRESSION:
Focal consolidation in the right upper lung concerning for pneumonia. Followup
 to resolution advised.
