FINDINGS:
Heart size is borderline enlarged with a left ventricular predominance. The
 aorta is unfolded.  Mediastinal and hilar contours are unchanged.  Calcified
 nodule in the left mid lung field is similar, compatible with a granuloma. 
 Lungs are clear without focal consolidation. Pulmonary vasculature is normal.
 No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen. There are multilevel moderate
 degenerative changes in the thoracic spine.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality.
