FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided. Left chest wall AICD is noted with
 catheter extending into the region of the right atrium or right ventricle. 
 Lungs are clear.  There is no focal consolidation, effusion, or pneumothorax.
 The cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal. Imaged osseous structures are
 intact.  No free air below the right hemidiaphragm is seen.

IMPRESSION:
AICD lead extends into the right heart though the tip may be positioned within
 the right atrium or right ventricle.
