FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained.  There are
 small bilateral pleural effusions with overlying atelectasis, underlying
 consolidation is not excluded.  The aortic knob is calcified.  The cardiac
 silhouette is top normal.  There is widening of the right acromioclavicular
 joint, which appears chronic.

IMPRESSION:
Small bilateral pleural effusions with overlying atelectasis,
 underlying consolidation not excluded.
