FINDINGS:
There is a mild cardiomegaly.  The mediastinal and hilar contours
 appear within normal limits.  There is a predominantly central interstitial
 abnormality most suggestive of mild pulmonary vascular congestion.  Fissures
 are slightly thickened.  There is no definite pleural effusion or
 pneumothorax.  The lungs are hyperinflated.

IMPRESSION:
Findings suggesting mild pulmonary vascular congestion and
 hyperinflation.
