FINDINGS:
There is a faint opacity overlying the left lower lobe which is likely
 representative of atelectasis.  Otherwise, the remainder of the lungs are
 clear with no evidence of a consolidation, effusion, or pneumothorax. 
 Cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal.  There is dextroscoliosis of the mid
 thoracic spine.  No acute fractures are identified.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
