FINDINGS:
The patient has had median sternotomy and the wires appear intact and in
 similar position.  Mediastinal clips are unchanged.  The patient appears to
 have had a lap band procedure, projecting over the left upper abdomen.  A left
 pleural effusion is small with mild adjacent relaxation atelectasis. 
 Otherwise, the lungs are clear.  No focal consolidation, effusion, edema, or
 pneumothorax.  The heart is normal in size.  The mediastinum is not widened. 
 No acute osseous abnormality.

IMPRESSION:
1.  No focal pneumonia.
 2.  Small left pleural effusion and atelectasis.
