FINDINGS:
ET tube and NG tube are unchanged and in standard position. 
 Compared to chest x-ray, there is an increased vascular congestion which is
 more prominent on the left lung.  The bibasilar consolidation is stable and is
 likely due to pneumonia.  Cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal.  There is no
 pneumothorax.
 Surgical tube cross the midline in the cervical region.

IMPRESSION:
There is increased vascular congestion, especially in the left
 lung.  The bibasilar opacification is likely due to pneumonia. Findings were
