FINDINGS:
On the lateral view there is increased opacity projecting over the anterior
 margin of the cardiac silhouette, likely localizes to the left of the frontal
 view.  Elsewhere, lungs are clear.  There is no pneumothorax, pleural
 effusion, or pulmonary edema.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette, hilar
 contours, pleural surfaces are normal.

IMPRESSION:
Opacity projecting over the lingula could represent pneumonia in the proper
 clinical setting.  Repeat after treatment suggested
