FINDINGS:
The heart is normal in size. The mediastinal and hilar contours
appear within normal limits. Lung volumes are low with persistent mild
relative elevation of the right hemidiaphragm compared to the left. Streaky
opacities, but nearly confluent posteriorly, project over the right
hemidiaphragm. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
Right basilar opacity with a component of volume loss but
 worrisome for pneumonia.
