FINDINGS:
The lungs are normally expanded except for mild atelectasis at the lung bases.
 Opacities project over the spine on the lateral radiograph. The heart is
 slightly smaller since the study of , however there is still
 moderate cardiomegaly. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. There is
 no pulmonary edema.  Mild rightward deviation of the trachea is likely
 secondary to known enlargement of the thyroid, left greater than right.

IMPRESSION:
Moderate cardiomegaly smaller since the prior study.
 Opacity projecting over the spine on the lateral radiograph may reflect
 pneumonia.
