FINDINGS:
As compared to the previous radiograph, no relevant change is seen.
 Low lung volumes.  Mild-to-moderate bilateral pleural effusions with
 subsequent areas of basal atelectasis.  Mild fluid overload but no overt
 pulmonary edema.  The monitoring and support devices, including the
 endotracheal tube, the nasogastric tube and the right PICC line are constant
 and unremarkable in appearance.
