FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest were provided.  A tripolar AICD
 is again noted with leads extending into the region of right atrium, coronary
 sinus and right ventricle.  The lungs are clear without focal consolidation,
 effusion or pneumothorax.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal.  No
 pulmonary edema.  Bony structures are intact.  No free air below the right
 hemidiaphragm.

IMPRESSION:
No acute findings.
