FINDINGS:
Subtle airspace opacity is noted at the medial right lung base adjacent to the
 right heart border, and may represent early/developing pneumonia.  There is no
 pleural effusion, pneumothorax or pulmonary edema.  The cardiomediastinal
 silhouette is unremarkable in appearance.

IMPRESSION:
Subtle airspace opacity within the right lower lobe, which may reflect early
 pneumonia.
