FINDINGS:
A Port-A-Cath terminates in the upper right atrium.  The cardiac, mediastinal
 and hilar contours appear stable.  In addition to a small suspected new
 left-sided pleural effusion, there is vague new opacity at the left lung base,
 probably involving the left lower lobe and lingula, concerning for pneumonia. 
 Surgical clips project over the right axillary region.

IMPRESSION:
Vague new right basal left basilar opacity, concerning for infection.
