FINDINGS:
An endotracheal tube terminates 5.3 cm above the carina. An orogastric tube
extends to at least the level of the stomach. A left PICC terminates at the
caval atrial junction. The heart size is normal. The hilar and mediastinal
contours remain within normal limits with engorgement of the central pulmonary
vessels, but no edema. There is no new consolidation, effusion, or
pneumothorax. The findings are overall unchanged since the
 study.

IMPRESSION:
1. Unchanged prominence of the central pulmonary vessels, without overt edema.
 2. No new consolidation, effusion, or pneumothorax.
