FINDINGS:
There is increased opacification of the lingula and right lower lung.  There
 is likely a background of interstitial lung disease P The hilar and
 cardiomediastinal contours are normal. There is no pneumothorax. There is no
 pleural effusion. Pulmonary vascularity is normal.

IMPRESSION:
Lingular and right lower lung opacities concerning for multifocal pneumonia
 given the clinical presentation.  There is likely a background of interstitial
 lung disease.
