FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest demonstrate low lung volumes, which
 accentuate bronchovascular markings.  There is no pleural effusion or
 pneumothorax.  Subtle lung base opacities are noted.  Remoted left sided rib
 fractures are redemonstrated.

IMPRESSION:
Subtle lung base opacities may represent atelectasis, developing infection not
 excluded in the appropriate clinical setting.
