FINDINGS:
The heart size is normal.  The hilar and mediastinal contours are
 unremarkable.  The lungs are well expanded and clear.  The patient is status
 post median sternotomy with aortic valve repair.  There is a pacer with the
 leads terminating appropriately in the right atrium and right ventricle. 
 There is an aortic valve prosthesis.  There is no pleural effusion or
 pneumothorax.  There are no focal consolidations.

IMPRESSION:
No acute abnormalities identified to explain patient's cough and asthma flare.
