FINDINGS:
The lung volumes are low.  The size of the cardiac silhouette is
 moderately enlarged, and there is mild tortuosity of the thoracic aorta.  Both
 lung bases are slightly increased in density, left more than right.  The
 lateral radiograph shows a retrocardiac zone of increased radiodensity.  In
 the appropriate clinical setting, could represent pneumonia.  At the time of
 dictation and observation, 5:09 p.m., on the , the
 referring physician .  was paged for notification and notified by
 electronic courrier.
 
 No other abnormalities are visualized.  No pleural effusions.
