FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest were provided.  Midline
 sternotomy wires and mediastinal clips are noted compatible with prior CABG. 
 The heart remained slightly enlarged.  There is mild pulmonary interstitial
 edema and engorged hila.  There is no effusion or pneumothorax.  No definite
 sign of pneumonia.  Bony structures are intact.  No free air below the right
 hemidiaphragm.

IMPRESSION:
Mild pulmonary edema with stable cardiomegaly.
