FINDINGS:
Moderate vascular congestion has improved compared with the prior study. 
 Small bilateral pleural effusions, left greater than right, appear to be new. 
 Hyperinflation and moderate to severe cardiomegaly are similar.  There is no
 pneumothorax or focal consolidation.  The main pulmonary arteries appear
 enlarged as before

IMPRESSION:
1. Moderate pulmonary vascular congestion improved from .
 2. Small bilateral pleural effusions are likely new.
 3. No focal consolidation.
