FINDINGS:
Upright frontal view of the chest.
 
 There has been placement of a lateral approach left-sided chest tube which
 terminates overlying the mid portion the left lung.  Left lung is re-expanded,
 however there is a small left apical pneumothorax.  There is no pleural
 effusion.  Cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits.  There is no
 acute osseous abnormality.

IMPRESSION:
1.  Interval placement of a left-sided chest tube and re-expansion of the left
 lung.
 
 2.  Small left apical pneumothorax.
