FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained.  There is
 minor basilar atelectasis.  No definite focal consolidation is seen.  There is
 mild prominence of the central pulmonary vasculature, which could be due to
 vascular congestion.  Suggestion of mild bronchial wall thickening again seen
 at the lung bases.  The cardiac silhouette is top normal.  The aorta is
 somewhat tortuous.
