                                 FINAL ADDENDUM
ADDENDUM Final report: Bilateral pigtail pleural catheters remain in place,
with persistent small left apical pneumothorax. Cardiomegaly is accompanied by
pulmonary vascular congestion and interstitial edema. Worsening patchy
bibasilar opacities likely represent atelectasis, but aspiration could have a
 similar appearance.
