  R IJ line advanced to mid/lower SVC.  Decrease in multifocal pulm opacities.

 SINGLE AP PORTABLE VIEW OF THE CHEST
 
 REASON FOR EXAM:  cough, dyspnea, patient with down syndrome and
 hypothyroidism and pneumonia.
 
 Comparison is made with prior study .
 
 Cardiac size is normal.  Mediastinal lymphadenopathy is better seen on prior
 CT from .  Bilateral multifocal lung opacities have minimally
 improved on the left loer lobe.  There are no new lung opacities or
 pneumothorax.  Small bilateral pleural effusions are unchanged.  Right IJ
 catheter tip is in the lower SVC.  Scoliosis is again noted.
