FINDINGS:
As compared to the previous radiograph, there is known scarring at
 the bases of the right upper lobe, associated with a minor degree of volume
 loss as well as scarring in the left lung, the level of the upper and lower
 hilus.  Status post sternotomy and CABG.  Lung volumes are low.  There are no
 pleural effusions.  Normal size of the cardiac silhouette.  No pulmonary
 edema.  No pneumonia.
