FINDINGS:
As compared to the previous radiograph, there is unchanged evidence
of mild-to-moderate pulmonary edema. The pre-existing scars in the lung
parenchyma, notably at the left lung apex and left lung base are constant in
appearance. Constant size of the cardiac silhouette. No larger pleural
effusions. The Dobbhoff catheter has been pulled back. The catheter is now
malpositioned in the esophagus and needs to be advanced by at least 10cm to
ensure position in the stomach. Unchanged position of the left PICC line.
Unchanged alignment of the sternotomy wires.
