FINDINGS:
The heart is normal in size. There are focal opacities in the right
 middle lobe, right lower lobe and left lower lobe, all of which are new
 compared to the prior exam.  The mediastinal and hilar contours are
 unremarkable. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. There is no
 evidence of reactive lymphadenopathy. The visualized osseous structures are
 unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
Evidence of pneumonia in the right middle lobe, right lower lobe and left
 lower lobe, new compared to the prior exam.  No evidence of a reactive pleural
 effusion or reactive lymphadenopathy.
