FINDINGS:
Lung volumes are slightly low. The heart is moderately enlarged. The
 mediastinal and hilar contours are normal. On the lateral projection there is
 blunting of the posterior costophrenic sulcus likely reflecting small
 bilateral pleural effusions. There is no pneumothorax.  There is a mild
 pulmonary edema.

IMPRESSION:
1. Small bilateral pleural effusions.  No convincing evidence of pneumonia.
 2. Moderate cardiomegaly and mild pulmonary edema.
