 SINGLE FRONTAL VIEW OF THE CHEST
 
 REASON FOR EXAM:  Status post core valve, evaluate pleural effusion.
 
 Comparison is made with prior study, .
 
 Moderate cardiomegaly is stable.  Left IJ catheter tip is in the cavoatrial
 junction.  A right pacemaker has its tip in the right ventricle.  Right and
 mediastinal chest tubes are in unchanged positions.  Small bilateral pleural
 effusions, larger on the left side, with adjacent atelectases are new or newly
 apparent.  Small right pneumothorax is unchanged.
