FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained.  Left hilar opacity
 could represent lymphadenopathy or a mass.  No pleural effusion or
 pneumothorax.  The heart size is normal.  No displaced rib or sternal
 fracture.

IMPRESSION:
1.  Left hilar opacity, consistent with contusion, lymphadenopathy, or mass. 
 Short interval imaging or chest CT should be obtained for further evaluation. 
 
 2.  No displaced rib or sternal fracture.
