FINDINGS:
The lungs are clear of consolidation. Slight blunting of the right lateral
 costophrenic angle may be a small effusion. There is no overt pulmonary edema.
 Moderate cardiac enlargement is seen. Atherosclerotic calcifications
 identified at the aortic arch. No acute osseous abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Moderate cardiomegaly and possible small right pleural effusion.  No focal
 consolidation or edema.
