FINDINGS:
AP and lateral views of the chest: There are tiny bilateral pleural
effusions. There is no pneumothorax or focal airspace consolidation to
suggest pneumonia. The heart size is enlarged but unchanged. There is mild
pulmonary vascular congestion consistent with mild volume overload. The
 mediastinal contours are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
Mild volume overload.
