FINDINGS:
Moderate enlargement of the cardiac silhouette is re- demonstrated. The aorta
 is slightly unfolded. The mediastinal and hilar contours are unremarkable.
 There may be mild upper zone vascular redistribution but no overt pulmonary
 edema. Small bilateral pleural effusions are new from the prior exam. There is
 minimal atelectasis at the lung bases.  No focal consolidation or pneumothorax
 is identified.  There are no acute osseous abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Small bilateral pleural effusions and mild bibasilar atelectasis. No pulmonary
 edema.
