FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest were provided demonstrating low
 lung volumes with no focal consolidation, effusion or pneumothorax seen.  The
 heart size is top normal though stable.  The mediastinal contour is stable
 with aorta appearing mildly unfolded.  Bony structures are intact.  No free
 air below the right hemidiaphragm.

IMPRESSION:
No acute intrathoracic process.
