FINDINGS:
Single frontal view of the chest. Heterogeneous right lung base opacity has
increased since with indistinct appearance of the pulmonary
vascular markings and bilateral ill-defined perihilar opacities. B
lines can be appreciated in the peripheral right lower lobe. Superimposed
right lower lobe pneumonia cannot be entirely excluded. Presumed bilateral
pleural effusions are not large. No pneumothorax. Moderate cardiomegaly and
 cardiomediastinal contours are stable.

IMPRESSION:
Asymmetric severe pulmonary edema, most prominently affecting the right lower
lung. Please correlate with clinical symptoms for superimposed pneumonia.
