FINDINGS:
AP portable upright view of the chest.   Overlying EKG leads are present. 
 Cardiomegaly is again noted with interval development of hilar congestion and
 mild interstitial pulmonary edema.  Asymmetric opacity in the right lung is
 concerning for a superimposed pneumonia.  No large effusion is seen.  No
 pneumothorax.  Bony structures appear intact.

IMPRESSION:
Mild cardiomegaly, hilar congestion, probable mild interstitial pulmonary
 edema.  Right-sided pulmonary opacities concerning for pneumonia.
