FINDINGS:
The lungs are hypoinflated with crowding of vasculature.  The right lung is
 clear. There is a new heterogeneous left lower lobe opacity.  No pleural
 effusion or pneumothorax.  Heart size and hila are unremarkable.  There is
 stable prominence of the left mediastinal contour, which is consistent with
 mediastinal lipomatosis as seen on  CT chest.
 
 Limited assessment of the osseous structures demonstrates multiple bridging
 anterior osteophytes.

IMPRESSION:
Left lower lobe pneumonia.
