FINDINGS:
Patchy left base retrocardiac opacity is worrisome for pneumonia.  The right
 lung is clear.  The lungs are overall hyperinflated, which may be due to
 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.  No pulmonary edema is seen.  The
 cardiac and mediastinal silhouettes are stable and unremarkable.  The hilar
 contours are stable.

IMPRESSION:
Findings again worrisome for left lower lobe pneumonia.
