IMPRESSION:
As compared to the previous radiograph, the nasogastric tube has been pulled
 back.  The tip of the tube currently projects over the upper esophagus and the
 tube needs to be either removed or repositioned. The other monitoring and
 support devices are in constant position. Minimally improved ventilation of
 the right lung.  Unchanged right pleural effusion with bilateral areas of
 basilar atelectasis. Unchanged moderate cardiomegaly with mild fluid overload.
