FINDINGS:
The patient is status post median sternotomy and CABG.  There are relatively
 low volumes.  There is mild to moderate interstitial edema, which may be
 exaggerated by low lung volumes.  There may be a trace left pleural effusion. 
 The posterior right costophrenic angle is not sharp and a trace right pleural
 effusion is not excluded.  Coronary arterial stenting vs coarse calcification
 is seen.  No definite focal consolidation.  No evidence of pneumothorax.  The
 cardiac silhouette is top-normal.
