FINDINGS:
There is hazy right basilar opacity new since prior exam. Elsewhere, the lungs
 are clear. There is no effusion or pulmonary vascular congestion. Cardiac
 silhouette is enlarged similar in configuration. Trachea is deviated to the
 right at the thoracic inlet compatible with left greater than right thyroid
 enlargement on prior ultrasound. No acute osseous abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Hazy right basilar opacity which could be due to infection in the proper
 clinical setting.
