FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest were provided.  There is a right IJ central
 venous catheter with its tip near the mid SVC.  There is consolidation within
 the right middle and right lower lobes concerning for pneumonia.  The left
 lung is clear.  There is likely a small right pleural effusion.  No
 pneumothorax is seen.  Clips are seen in the right axilla and right chest
 wall.  There is no free air below the right hemidiaphragm.  The heart and
 mediastinal contour is normal.  No acute osseous abnormality.

IMPRESSION:
Consolidation in the right middle and right lower lobes concerning for
 pneumonia.  Followup to resolution advised.
