FINDINGS:
Single frontal view of the chest was obtained.  The lungs remain
 hyperinflated.  Again seen is biapical scarring and evidence of bullous
 disease.  There is increased opacity at the lateral right lung base which
 could relate to underlying scarring and is likely similar in appearance to CT
 from  scout view.  However, underlying infectious process cannot be
 entirely excluded in the appropriate clinical setting.  Cardiac and
