FINDINGS:
Allowing for the overlying trauma board, there is no traumatic injury is
 identified. There are low lung volumes.  The lungs are clear without focal
 consolidation, pneumothorax or large effusion.  The left lung base is obscured
 by overlying metallic objects. The heart size is top-normal.  The right 
 and  anterior rib fractures identified on the CT scan are not visualized in
 this study.

IMPRESSION:
1. No acute traumatic cardiopulmonary injury.
 
 2. Right anterior  and  nondisplaced rib fractures seen on CT are not
 visualized on this study.
