FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided demonstrate diffuse
 pulmonary opacity involving the mid to lower lung, superimposed on a
 background of interstitial lung disease.  No large effusion is seen.  No
 pneumothorax is present.  Heart size appears grossly unremarkable, though
 difficult to visualize on the lateral view.  Mediastinal contour is normal. 
 Bony structures are intact.

IMPRESSION:
Findings concerning for pulmonary fibrosis with superimposed
 pneumonia in the mid-to-lower lungs.  Followup to resolution is advised.
